We will undertake an immediate investigation into the comments provided and, once all relevant medical

On completion of the investigation review, the complainant will receive a letter, within 20 working days of

Revision Policy
At Klinik Europe, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of patient care, and we understand that there
may be situations where you require a revision of a prior plastic surgery procedure. To provide you with
clear and formal guidance on our revision policy, please review the following:
General revision procedure
1. To apply for a revision, it is imperative to obtain supporting documents from two distinct
board-certified plastic surgeons who concur on the necessity of a revision. Ensure that you attach their
registration documents along with your pictures to your submission.
2. Kindly send an email to patientcare@klinikeurope.co.uk containing the aforementioned
documents for our meticulous review and consideration.
Coverage for approved revisions
All revisions that receive agreement and approval from our medical team are comprehensively covered by
Klinik Europe. We are wholly committed to ensuring your satisfaction and well-being. Klinik Europe will
not
impose any charges for services related to the revision. In the event that you exclusively seek to
schedule
a revision surgery without any additional procedures, please be aware that you will be responsible for
any
associated hospital costs.
If, during your revision, you wish to undergo an additional
procedure
within the same surgical session, you will not be subject to any supplementary costs for the revision.
Specific conditions for weight loss patients:
- Weight loss patients often experience sagging skin due to the compromised structure of collagen
production, even after a successful initial procedure.
- It is notable that roughly 35% of weight loss patients who have previously undergone plastic
surgery may require a second round of surgical intervention after one year from the initial
procedure.
- Klinik Europe is prepared to collaborate with you to optimize cost savings should you choose to
have a primary procedure performed in addition to the regions previously addressed.
- In cases where a second round of surgery is necessitated for weight loss patients, it will not
be categorized as a revision but rather as a primary surgery.
The objective of this formal plastic surgery revision policy is to provide you with a comprehensive
understanding of the procedures and requirements associated with revision surgeries at Klinik Europe. If
you have any questions or require further information, our dedicated patient care team is at your
disposal to offer assistance and address your concerns.
